Dr. Corradino also received his MBA degree in December 2012 from Milligan College. Board certified in neurosurgery, Dr. Corradino is accomplished in spinal surgeries such as ruptured or herniated discs, spinal stenosis, sciatica, pinched nerves (neck and back) and carpal tunnel surgeries. Additionally, he treats patients with brain tumors and aneurysms. Dr. Corradino is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, and the North American Spine Society. He is the Vice President of East Tennessee Brain and Spine. Speaker Information: Tracey Chitwood, MPH, OTR/L, has been practicing occupational therapy for 21 years and has focused her practice on pediatrics for 18 years. She has a bachelor's in Occupational Therapy from Mount Mary University in Milwaukee. In 2012, she obtained her master's degree in Public Health at East Tennessee State University with a concentration in epidemiology. She is currently providing therapy services at TalkBack Pediatric Clinic in Johnson City, TN. She provides therapeutic intervention to children birth to 18 years, specializing in helping children develop age-appropriate motor skills, increase core strength, improve muscle tone and coordination, and optimize functional mobility and motor control. Kristin King, PhD, CCC-SLP , SLP, is a professor at the University of Tennessee, teaching multiple graduate courses and regularly presents at conferences. She regularly speaks at both state and national levels. Her specialty is traumatic brain injury with an emphasis on mild TBI, especially sports concussions management. Dr. King also does research into the effects of brain injury on attention, memory, semantic processing and processing speed. Fredda Roberts is the Regional Service Coordinator for the upper nine counties of East Tennessee. Her office is based at the Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center. With her certification as a Brain Injury Specialist, Mrs. Roberts assists brain injury survivors of all ages in her region. R. Eric Roth, Psy.D., earned his Doctorate in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and pursued his Postgraduate Fellowship at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. He currently works in private practice at Roth Neuropsychology & Behavioral Health Associates and serves as a Neuropsychological Consultant for MSHA and Healthsouth. Kristen Stafford, BSW, MA, Ph.D., is the system-wide social worker for Putnam County, TN, schools; she works with general education and special education students. She has a master's in Counseling Psychology and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. She is very involved in helping students and their families on 504 and IEP plans.
