About the Event: Set against the stunning backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains, this scenic 5K promises a refreshing way to welcome spring. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast prepared fresh in the Crumley House kitchen.

Participants will receive an event t-shirt (for pre-registered competitors), a gift bag, and the chance to compete for awards in various divisions. We Run Events will provide professional race management and electronic timing for the sanctioned 5K, ensuring a top-tier experience for runners and walkers alike.

Registration Information

Early Bird Registration is $25 now through January 31.
Standard Registration is $30 through February 28
Event Month Registration is $35 starting March 1.
Day-of registration ($35) will be available on-site beginning at 8:30 AM.

Early/Pre-Event Packet Pick Up

Bib numbers, t-shirts and gift bags may be picked up early on Friday, March 21 at Fleet Feet (1735 W State of Franklin Rd #4, Johnson City, Tenn.) 

Please note: Event t-shirts are guaranteed only for those who pre-register. Remaining shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on event day.
