Longtime Crumley House Board Member, Jim Rudy, passes

Jim RudyOn behalf of all here at The Crumley House, we pause to remember and honor our dear friend and board member, Jim Rudy who recently passed away. For more than a decade, Jim served on our Board of Directors. But his service went far beyond meetings and minutes — Jim gave his heart.

He was deeply moved by the courage and determination of our members and their families, and he often said how humbled he felt to witness their strength and positive spirit. That humility defined Jim — he never sought recognition or praise, only the quiet satisfaction of helping others.

Jim loved The Crumley House and the beautiful families we serve. And in turn, we loved him — for his kindness, his wisdom, and the genuine care he brought to everything he did. His compassion made a lasting mark on this organization and on all of us privileged to know him.

Jim Rudy will be greatly missed, but his legacy of service, heart, and humanity will live on here at The Crumley House, in every life we touch.

In lieu of flowers, and in memory of James Stanley Rudy, contributions can be made to the Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center; 300 Urbana Road Limestone, TN 37681 or you can donate online in his memory.
