The Crumley House Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center, located in Limestone, Tennessee, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of traumatic brain injuries through comprehensive residential and adult day programs. Since our founding in 1992, we have been committed to offering a range of services including cognitive, physical, and technology training, alongside engaging group activities and community re-entry programs.

Our collaboration with local universities and colleges also allows us to provide specialized speech and occupational training. Brain injuries can be devastating, not only for the individuals affected as well as their families. Many families lack the necessary resources and financial means to provide adequate care. We strive to be a beacon of hope, offering the essential support and care needed.
